By visiting our website or making a purchase from our shop, you represent that you are of age and that you accept our general terms. You can always review the most current version of our terms on this page.

Please note that our caps, although already 100% organic and biodegradable, are always in the process of development in order to create the best cap in the world! Your input is essential to us, so we thank you in advance for your constructive cooperation to achieve our goals.  

ONLINE SHOP

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted to various networks or changed to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. 

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.  

WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA

We try to be as accurate and complete as possible on our website and on our social media pages. Your convenience is our standard, but if something is missing or not accurate, we are not responsible or liable for any damages resulting therefrom. The material on our site and on our social media pages is provided for general information only. You agree that the content of our website, online shop and social media pages is our creation, so you will refrain from using or exploiting it for your own benefit. This does not include posting or reposting our content if you want to help us spreading our caps all over the world. We can never be held liable for any products, materials, websites or services of third-parties.

We may remove comments that we  determine in our sole discretion to be negative or offensive. Don’t get us wrong: we LOVE comments, but please be respectful to yourself, to others, to the planet and to us.

GOVERNING LAW

Since we are Dutch, our relationship is governed by Dutch law and the courts in Amsterdam will have jurisdiction. But please, let’s try to come to an amicable solution, because proceedings are so outdated.
