WHAT YOU NEED:
- 30 gr protein powder (we used strawberry, but whatever you have works fine) - 100ml milk of your choice (we used almond)
- 1 shot of beetroot from @i.am.caps
- 6 strawberries (other berries will work as well)
- 2 big icecubes
- Optional: something crunchy as a topping (we used organic beetroot granola) such as chopped nuts, chia seeds or flax seeds
Put all the ingredients (except for the crunchy topping) in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Grab a glass and add the smoothie into it. Add the crunchy topping on it and you’re all set!
