What's not to love about chai breakfast recipes?! Here we have another one for you: the Chai Chia Pudding. It not only sounds yummy, we can assure you it is! This breakfast is perfect for those of you who are on a Keto diet. So without further ado, let's get to it!
What you need
- 250 ml Almond Milk
- 1 I.AM.chai Capsule
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 6 tbsp Chia Seeds
- A Glass
- Plastic Wrap
- Optional: Toppings (like banana, coconut flakes etc.)
How to make
Before you start: make this recipe one night in advance so the pudding can firm up overnight.
Grab a small saucepan and add your almond milk to it. Peel your I.AM.chai capsule open and add the chai powder to the pan. Put the heat over medium high heat and whisk occasionally. When the mixture starts boiling, turn off the heat and add the maple syrup to the pan. Let the mixture cool down for about 10 minutes. Now add the chia seeds to the pan and stir the seeds into the mixture. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes. Stir again until the chia seeds are evenly distributed. Pour the mixture into a glass, cover it with some plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for the night. The next day you can enjoy your beautiful and delicious pudding!
For the toppings: you can eat this Chai Chai Pudding without toppings or add as many toppings as you like. We love to slice up 1/2 a banana and add it to it, some coconut flakes and a pinch of cinnamon.
