- 1 Frozen Banana
- 300 ml Coconut Milk
- 100 grams of Frozen Mango Chunks
- 50 grams of Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 I.AM.turmeric capsule
- 1/2 banana (non-frozen)
- Coconut flakes
- Optional: some honey or maple syrup
What to do
Start by adding the frozen banana, the coconut milk, 1/2 of your mango chunks and your pineapple chunks to your blender. Grab your I.AM.turmeric capsule and peel it open. Add the turmeric powder to your blender as well. If you wish you can add some honey or maple syrup here if you wish to make it a bit sweeter. Blend all the ingredients on a high speed until it's smooth and creamy (about 30-50 seconds). Add the mixture into a bowl.
For the toppings: slice your banana into small pieces and add it to the bowl. Top off with some coconut flakes and the other 1/2 of the mango chunks you still have left. Oh and don't forget to tag us when you post your colorful breakfast! @i.am.caps
